Privacy Policy

This page explains what data BnB Growth collects when you visit bnbgrowth.shop or buy a course, why we collect it and who can see it. We keep it short and in plain language.

1. Who we are

BnB Growth sells video courses and scripts that teach short-term rental operators how to find and win property-owner clients. You buy them through this website, and your payment is processed by Shopify.

2. What we collect and why

  • Order data (via Shopify). When you buy, Shopify processes your name, email address, billing address, payment details and order contents. We use this to deliver your course, send the download/access email and handle support or refunds. We never see your full payment card details.
  • Email address. Used to deliver what you purchased and, if you opt in, to send you course updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
  • Advertising data (Meta Pixel). See section 4 below.

We do not create user accounts on this site, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Payments and checkout

Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify (Shopify International Limited for customers in the EU/EEA/UK). Shopify acts as the controller for its own fraud prevention and payment processing; its handling of your data is described in Shopify's own privacy policy, which applies at checkout. We only receive what we need to deliver your purchase: your contact details and what you bought.

4. Meta Pixel (advertising)

This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook pixel) with ID 4868132036833254 to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. When the pixel is active, Meta sets cookies and receives information about the pages you view and actions such as adding a course to the cart or starting checkout. This lets us show our ads to people who visited the site and measure whether an ad led to a purchase.

If you visit from the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or your country cannot be determined, the pixel stays off until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Clicking "Reject" keeps it off. Your choice is stored on your device with the date you made it, and you can change or withdraw it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer — withdrawal takes effect immediately. Outside those regions the pixel loads without a banner, and you can opt out of Meta's use of cookies through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences.

Meta handles that data as described in Meta's own privacy policy.

5. Cookies we use

  • Shopify cart and checkout cookies — strictly necessary: they keep your cart between pages and make checkout work.
  • Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp) — advertising cookie, described in section 4. In the consent regions listed there it is set only after you accept on the cookie banner.
  • Consent choice — stored on your device (not a cookie sent to us): whether you accepted or rejected advertising tracking, and when.

6. How long we keep data

Order and delivery records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations, and for support on your purchase. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Advertising data is kept by Meta under its own retention rules.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email address shown on your order confirmation.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the date below.
